Elk van onze sieraden draagt de essentie van verbondenheid en betekenis, ontworpen om een leven lang gekoesterd te worden.

Elk sieraad wordt met zorg gepersonaliseerd met fijn gegraveerde initialen of een unieke vingerafdruk van iemand die je dierbaar is. Een partner, kind, ouder of een herinnering die je altijd dichtbij wilt dragen. Elk detail wordt nauwkeurig aangebracht, zodat het ontwerp een authentieke en blijvende weergave vormt van wat voor jou het meest waardevol is.

Ontworpen om dagelijks te dragen, maar bijzonder genoeg om een leven lang te koesteren.

Materiaal en verzorging

Elk sieraad van Hera Hues wordt met zorg vervaardigd uit hoogwaardige materialen, ontworpen om gedragen, gekoesterd en jarenlang bewaard te worden.

Onze sieraden zijn standaard gemaakt van duurzaam edelstaal, met de mogelijkheid om te kiezen voor 925 zilver of 14k goud. Elk materiaal is geselecteerd op kwaliteit, uitstraling en draagcomfort, zodat jouw sieraad zijn schoonheid behoudt in het dagelijks gebruik.

Zoals bij alle verfijnde sieraden, verdient ook jouw stuk de juiste verzorging om de glans en details optimaal te behouden. Met een beetje aandacht blijft het sieraad er jarenlang prachtig uitzien.

Afmetingen

De exacte afmetingen zijn zorgvuldig afgestemd om een elegante en tijdloze uitstraling te garanderen, geschikt voor dagelijks gebruik. Onze colliers hebben een diameter van 15 mm tot 20 mm en onze ringen zijn verkrijgbaar in diverse maten. De kettingen hebben een standaardlengte van 45 + 5 cm.

Bij elke bestelling ontvang je:

  1. De eerste levering bevat (indien geselecteerd) een gratis afdrukset, inclusief een inktpad, afdrukpapier en duidelijke instructies om jouw persoonlijke ontwerp perfect vast te leggen.
  2. De uiteindelijke levering wordt verzorgd in een luxe sieradendoosje, samen met een pouch (ter bescherming tijdens transport), een microvezel reinigingsdoekje en een kaart met onderhoudsinstructies.

Alles is erop gericht om jouw sieraad niet alleen bijzonder te maken, maar ook met zorg en aandacht bij je te laten aankomen.

Gravering

Wij graveren elk sieraad met een diamantpunt, voor een uiterst verfijnd en blijvend resultaat. Deze techniek zorgt voor een diepe, scherpe gravure die niet vervaagt en zijn kwaliteit jarenlang behoudt.

Verzending en retouren

Zodra je bestelling is geplaatst, wordt je gratis afdrukset (indien geselecteerd) binnen 24 uur verzonden. Nadat je jouw afdrukken hebt geüpload of gemaild en deze door ons team zijn goedgekeurd, wordt jouw gepersonaliseerde sieraad naar onze graveerafdeling gestuurd en binnen 2 werkdagen voltooid.

Bij ons in de winkel kun je het sieraad dezelfde dag nog ophalen of kosteloos laten verzenden. Online verwerken we het sieraad binnen 2 werkdagen.

Don't have a fingerprint? Then Hera Hues will send you the fingerprint kit free of charge within 48 hours

The fingerprint kit comes with an ink kit and step-by-step instructions.

Take a picture of the fingerprints and mail it to info@herahues.nl. Do you already have a fingerprint? Upload the photo of the print easily via the button at the product and we will engrave your jewelry.

At Hera Hues your jewelry is locally engraved and personalized. The production time is approximately 5 working days.

Hera Hues will ship the beautifully packaged end result insured as a souvenir (including tracking).

What are the delivery times of Hera Hues?

Hera Hues is located in the Netherlands. The processing time for your jewelry is approximately 1 week. After we have finished personalizing your jewelry, shipping time within the Netherlands is 1-2 days. We also ship internationally, so delivery times may vary: within the EU the delivery time is 3-5 days, and for the rest of the world 5-7 days.

Will I receive a track and trace code?

The answer is yes! In addition to receiving a track and trace code, we also insure your package, so that you can look forward to your personalized necklace without any worries.

Fingerprint FAQ

From what age do you take fingerprints?

Our process is suitable for most ages, but it is necessary that the fingerprint has visible lines.

Fingerprints of newborn babies are fine and superficial. Although it is possible, it is advisable to check closely whether the lines are visible to determine if a print can be captured.

For adult prints (which may be larger than our pendants), we use our technology and knowledge to reduce them in size, keeping the proportion and details of the fingerprint in perfect condition for the final engraving.

How do I submit the printout?

You will receive a kit from us for making the impression.

Once you have made the perfect print on the supplied paper from Hera Hues, you can take a picture of it and send it to info@herahues.nl . Please note that you only place the print on the supplied paper, so that we can see the order number and confirm your order to start production. Do you already have a print? Simply upload the photo via the link with the product.

I already have an existing print. Can I deliver it?

Yes, of course! Simply upload the photo via the link with the product or email the photo to info@herahues.nl with your order number , and we will use it to process your order.

This applies to both a fingerprint and a paw print of your beloved four-legged friend.

How do I capture the perfect fingerprint?

We understand that it is important for you to capture the best fingerprint. That is why we have placed detailed instructions on our process page. If you have any questions after reading this information, you can always send us an email to info@herahues.nl

To help you get started, we would like to share some useful tips:

  • If you capture a baby or child's fingerprint, it is advisable to do this when they are relaxed or sleepy so that their hands are calm.
  • If you see a dark spot, it means you are pressing too hard. Instead, try tapping lightly rather than pressing firmly.
  • Do not roll your finger on the paper. Simply press it straight down for a good print.

It is important to emphasize that your fingerprints do not have to be perfect. If there are spots or a line is broken, don't worry. We will enhance these details for you, while ensuring the final design remains true to your unique prints.

Quality and care

What material are the chains made of?

Our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel and finished with a luxurious layer of 18k gold vermeil. The stainless steel offers strength and longevity, while the gold plating provides a beautiful golden shine and a refined look.

To improve the durability of the gold plating, we add an additional palladium layer.

Palladium, a precious metal, ensures that the gold plating adheres better and retains its shine longer, even with daily use. The result is a beautiful, robust piece of jewelry that retains its luxurious appearance for a long time.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Given the emotional value of the jewelry, we recommend that you follow these general care tips to ensure the quality and lifespan of your jewelry:

Store your jewelry in a dry place: Make sure your jewelry is stored in a dry and cool place. Preferably store it in a box or a cloth bag to prevent scratches.

Store them separately : Do not put your jewelry in a box with other jewelry to avoid friction and damage.

Avoid salt water and moisture : Avoid contact with salt water, chlorine in swimming pools, soap, perfumes and other creams. Remove your jewelry when you come into contact with these substances.

Chemicals : Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray and cleaning agents that may damage the finish.

Cleaning : Use the included anti-tarnish microfiber cloth to clean and polish your jewelry or use a soft cloth to clean your jewelry and avoid harsh cleaning agents.

Care during activities : Do not wear your jewelry during intensive activities such as sports or housework to prevent damage.
