Ik heb al een vingerafdruk, kan ik die gebruiken?

Ja, zeker. Tijdens het bestellen kun je eenvoudig een duidelijke foto of scan van de bestaande vingerafdruk uploaden. Zorg ervoor dat de afdruk goed zichtbaar is (bij voorkeur zwart op wit). Heb je hulp nodig bij het controleren van de kwaliteit? Wij kijken graag met je mee.

Hoe lang duurt het voordat ik mijn bestelling ontvang?

Zodra wij jouw vingerafdruk(ken) hebben ontvangen, gaan we aan de slag. De meeste sieraden worden binnen 2 werkdagen verzonden.

Welke materialen gebruiken jullie?

Onze sieraden zijn gemaakt van zilver of 18K goud vermeil. Alles wordt handgemaakt in Nederland en met zorg afgewerkt.

Kan ik meerdere vingerafdrukken combineren in één sieraad?

Ja, dat kan! Bijvoorbeeld van beide ouders, beide kinderen of ouder en kind. Geef dit aan bij je bestelling, en wij zorgen voor een mooie balans in het ontwerp.

Kan ik een voorbeeld zien vóór jullie graveren?

Op verzoek sturen wij je een proefweergave per e-mail. Zo kun je gerust zijn dat het ontwerp goed aansluit bij jouw wensen.

Wat als ik hulp nodig heb bij mijn bestelling?
