We will keep you informed throughout your Hera Hues experience, so you always know where you stand. Check out our frequently asked questions (FAQ) for more information. Do you already have a fingerprint? Send it along with your order number to info@herahues.nl .

Choose your favorite piece of jewelry from our shop and order via our website; www.herahues.nl.

Don't have a fingerprint? Then Hera Hues will send you the fingerprint kit free of charge within 48 hours

The fingerprint kit comes with an ink kit and step-by-step instructions.

4.

Take a picture of the fingerprints and mail it to info@herahues.nl. Do you already have a fingerprint? Send it to the same email address and we will engrave it in your jewelry.

At Hera Hues your jewelry is locally engraved and personalized. The production time is approximately 5 working days.

6.

Hera Hues sends the beautifully packaged end result as a souvenir (including tracking).

THE PROCESS FOR A PAW PRINT

The process for providing the print of your beloved four-legged friend follows the same as the process for providing a fingerprint. The instructions will be sent to your home again by post.

THE PROCESS FOR HANDWRITTEN

Take a picture of the handwritten text and mail the text to info@herahues.nl. Within 5 working days we will engrave and personalize your jewelry locally. The production time is approximately 5 working days.
